A pound of fresh mozzarella, pulled that morning in Union and on our truck the same day — not three days old by the time it reaches you. A cup of burrata con panna. A wedge of Locatelli Pecorino Romano. Two bags of fresh pasta from Campania: you pick one cut, plus this weeks pick- Troccoli, a thick square-cut strand from Puglia. Grate the Pecorino over it with black pepper and you've made cacio e Pepe. A tub of Castelvetrano olives to start.
